Even though Administrators and Moderators from PARALAX Board try to delete or edit all the unwanted posts, it is impossible for them to check all the posts. All the posts express the opinion of the author, the owners of PARALAX Board and WoltLab GmbH (developers of wBB) cannot be held responsible for the content of those posts.

By registering and using our forum, you agree not to post messages that are vulgar, impolite, disrespectful or that express (extreme) political views or (verbal) offences, containing copyrighted material or unautorized advertising as well as agreeing to store your personal informations in our database. There is no claim of changing the username after registration.

Additionally, we reserve the right to ban user accounts immediately without warning, changing user profiles or deleting whole accounts in case of legal or moral violation which will decided by the Administrator respectively the team staff.

Furthermore, the Administrators and Moderators of this board can edit and even delete messages or topics for any reason.

Every user are entitled to let delete his account and his personal data for any reasons according to the german data privacy act. Once deleted accounts cannot be undeleted. Already created topics or postings as well as the user name stays in our database. There is no right of erasure or modification of once created topics or postings as well as changing the user name (nick) after completing the registration.

Please behave towards to other members to avoid dispute in the forum. Do not offer illegal material and don't publish private logs without permission of the author.

Please refer to our forums "News & Ankündigungen" in case of news or special notes.

Attention:

- Registrations with not existing or invalid E-Mail accounts will be deleted within 24hrs.

- Not activated accounts will be deleted one week after registration. If you're not able to acvtivate your account for any reasons, please send us a mail.

- Registrations with disposable mail addresses like "mailnator" or "trash-mail" are undesired and will not be activated by us.
On rare occasions or by request, the activation will be decided by our team.

- 0-Post accounts will be contacted after 30 days inactivity and deleted one week later if no reaction takes place.

- Multiple registrations are not permitted. Double accounts may be deleted at any time without notification.
